Elevatione Mobi-Spa will be asking for a valid credit card, email, full name and phone number to reserve any of our service treatment. The credit card will be held at the time of the reservation.
We do require 48h cancellation by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or phone to- (312) 584-8070 in order to cancel your service. Cancelation less than 48-hours will be charge 50% of the amount of the treatment. Cancelation less than 24-hourse will be charge 100% with your credit card on hold.
You can rebook your appointment within 60 days since your original appointment.
Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for a full session. However, we will do our best to satisfy the scheduled time.
If you wish to cancel a booked event, you must do so 7 days before the event. If you do not, you will be charged 50% of the amount of the event. If the number of people you booked the event for do not all show up, cancel, postpone or change their mind, you will still be charged for the original number of people you booked, or you can ask to change your event details on the 7 days confirmation before your event.
For any location outside Orange County will be additional fees.
It is the responsibility of the customer or event host to guarantee a legal parking spot for the van. Space required- at least 28 feet long.
